Potential Players

We had a successful tryout on April 9. However, we are still looking for up to 20 guys to play ball this summer. In high demand are "up the middle" players: pitchers, catchers, SS/2b and CF. If you are interested please send a "New Player" application found on the scroll bar above.

1ST ANNUAL MILWAUKEE BASEBALL NIGHT AT BURGHARDT'S

All baseball players affiliated with MBL, Langsdorf, WYSA and MSBL are invited to Burghardt's Sporting Goods on Capital Drive in Brookfield on Saturday night April 22 from 7pm to 9pm for a special after hours night of information, discounts, beer and pizza. Brian Burghardt has been kind enough to keep his business open to provide a special atmosphere of appreciation for the baseball players of Milwaukee's core ameteur baseball leagues. There will be extra staff and a wholesaler or two to help you find just what you need for this season.

MINOR and AMERICAN are Friday night divisions and will play a slightly unbalanced schedule with three interdivision games, per manager input.

Here are the week one games. See the standings section and count downward to find what number team you are. Parks to be determined.
Sat 5-6 at 5pm 6v2, at 7:30pm 16v10
Sat 5-6 at 5pm 11v12, at 7:30pm 12v11
Sun 5-7 at noon 9v15, at 2:30 1v5
Sun 5-7 at noon 3v4, at 2:30 4v3

We are currently in very early talks with MSBL and County on a field improvement project. Meetings are coming up with County and a potential sponsor/doner. I'll keep you updated.

SPONSORS: $200/year to be on the website on front page and FRIENDS page, be acknowledged at playoffs and at the year end banquet/fund raiser. Contact me by email for more information. $500 minimum to be a team sponsor which will include your business on team uniform. All sponsor links, graphics, logos, business information etc... please email to me so I can forward post or to our webmaster.

Our year end banquet this year will be a fund raiser. We would like each team to bring at least 15 players and/or guests. Entry will be $10 each, which will include appetizer buffett and two free drinks at CLUB PARAGON. Half of the money raised per team will be applied to that club's 2007 league fee.
