A few things to note before game summaries:
1. Bats: -3, not -5, see the rules
2. Challenging the strike zone can get you ejected after very little commentary, I speak from experience and observation.
3. Fields are what they are. Take the time to vote well and understand that Milwaukee County's financial problems stem from decades of poor money management and an overwhelming social welfare system. County Executive Scott Walker is supporting a separate Park's District that would handle it's own money instead of being lumped in with the general County budget. I think we should strongly consider supporting this proposal as a group.

Long Wongs broke the game open in the fourth by hitting around the line-up after initially trailing 1-0 after two innings. Josh Sopczak pitched 4 stellar innings to start before giving way to Adam Graves (2 for 3) who controlled the game to finish.
Texx's Royals 5 Varsity Club BullDawgs 4
The Royals found themselves down 4-3 entering the sixth and were able to tie the score going into the seventh. In the seventh Steve Rappl hit a leadoff double and was able to score on a base hit by Jeremy Kroll, giving the Royals the walkoff win.
Brown Deer Supreme Builders 5 Texx's Royals 0
Ryan Diaz pitched a complete game shutout as the Builders beat the Royals 5-0. Adam Miller of the Royals pitched 5 solid innings to earn the loss. Jonny Baierl led the Builders going 3-3 with 2 doubles and Bry Rapp also had a multi-hit game. With a two RBI single in the bottom of the sixth, Dan Rischmann sealed the victory for Supreme.

Brian Rennicke pitched a complete game for the Builders to earn the win. Dan Rischmann led their bats going two for two with a solo homerun and 3 RBIs. Eric Belter (3 RBIs) and Chris Moser also had mulit-hit games.

Evan McGarry allowed 2 hits over 5 innings to lead Sluggos over Kaspers. Chris Skaros and Corey Connolly each hat 3 hits for Sluggos.
O'Brien's/Milw. Harley Davidson 12 Braeger/Treat's Blue Jays 3
Dan Wilfrath pitched a complete game victory striking out five and rookie Tim Heling went 3-4 with two doubles leading O'Briens/Milw. HD to a win.

Game two of the doubleheader turned into a pitching duel between O'brien's/Milw. HD's Jim Vielbaum and the Blue Jay's Nick Vanwieringen. Vielbaum allowed just five hits while striking out nine and walking only one to earn the hard fought win.

Colonel Harts bounced back in shortened game two due to issues with the lights.Chad Torn pitched a complete game, only allowing four hits and four runs. In addition to great pitching and defense, the offense was geared by multi-hit games from Andy Budd, Mike Grabek, Joe Vilkoski, and Bobby Jankowski.

McGinn's 7 Club Paragon 5
With the score tied at 2 going into the sixth, both teams bats woke up. Club Paragon scored two in the top of the sixth, but McGinn's scored 5 in the bottom of the inning with 9 guys batting in the inning. Club Paragon got one more in the seventh, but that was it as Danny Mehigan pitched a complete game. Mehigan and B.J. Propp led the offensive attack going 2 for 3.

McGinn's completed the doubleheader sweep pounding out 15 hits leading to 15 runs. Club Paragon scored 3 in the first to take a 3 to 2 lead, but McGinn's bats turned it on after that. They scored 4 in the 2nd, 4th, and 7th, with a single run in the 6th. Terry Dittrich went 2 for 4 with 4 rbi's, Andrew LeGrand with 4 for 4 with 3 rbi's, and Adam Weber went 4 for 5 with 3 rbi's to lead the McGinn's attack. Weber also pitched 6 strong innings to pick up the win. Josh Hornung pitched a scoreless 7th to finish the game.
